Raphael Nikola Züger is an experienced attorney-at-law and public notary with a focus in the area of corporate and capital markets law as well as digital assets law. He is the founder of ZÜGERLAW based in Rapperswil.

As an attorney-at-law, he advises national and international clients in regulatory and legal matters including dealings with financial market authorities, in particular in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg.
