Raphael Nikola Züger is an experienced Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public with a focus in the area of corporate and capital markets law as well as digital assets law. He is the founder of ZÜGERLAW based in Rapperswil.

As an attorney-at-law, he advises national and international clients in regulatory and legal matters including dealings with financial market authorities, in particular in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg. As legal counsel he worked for an industrial holding as well as private and crypto banks regulated in Switzerland.
